The weekend, and week following on, of 10th October were busy and of course hot - just when you need to spend 5 days in the yards !!!
Five hours of mustering to get the 2025 drop ewes in on the Friday, 2 days of classing and drafting over the weekend, and then three days of getting them shorn.
The days of classing were hot, dusty and the flies annoying everyone - including the sheep.
Thank you to JLG Shearing who again did an excellent job of getting them shorn and helping the job run smoothly.
