Shearing the young (2024 drop) ewes.

Early September the JLG Shearing crew were here again to get the job of shearing our young ewes done.

Prior to shearing these young sheep were classed.

With heavy rain forecast on the second day, we were due to shear, there needed to be a good number of ewes not only in the shed, but also under it. Since having Crovey Under Shearing Shed Cleanout (Jono: 0467 033 141) here just over a year ago - there was much more room for the sheep, and a much easier job overall.
