Welcome to Keri-Keri Merinos.
Keri-Keri Surplus Ewe Sale
Keri-Keri again sold its surplus ewes at the 2007 Swan Hill Premier Blue Ribbon Sale.
The top priced pen of Keri-Keri ewes sold for $85.00 per head - these were a line of 250 4-teaters. The sheep were June/July '06 drop and late August '07 shorn - sold in unrestricted runs.
In addition to the Keri-Keri bred ewes there were over 1,000 Keri-Keri blood ewes available from long associated clients such as St Pauls, Ettrick, Glenbar, Melool & Woolmark.
Results & photos of the Keri-Keri sheep & clients' sheep can be viewed part way down the Events section of this website.
Ram Sale - was held 3rd September 2007
Keri-Keri held its 4th annual Ram Sale on Monday, 3rd of September 2007.
For the second year in a row all rams on offer were totally cleared. A welcome result considering the current climatic conditions.
Scroll down the Events Section to see photos and a summary of the sale.
There are rams available for Private Sale by contacting Andrew Dowling.

Keri-Keri sheep have proved themselves – naturally. During the 2002/2003 drought only weaners were fed a basic maintenance ration – all adult sheep had to survive on their own. They survive and thrive in a fully natural habitat of extreme plains conditions.
This success is due to the fact that the first priority in selecting sheep on Keri-Keri is “survival”. We have experienced below average to drought seasons since 1989. It has been a great opportunity to see how the sheep performed under harsh conditions.
Since the early 1970’s Keri-Keri has used “dual purpose” to describe our sheep. The term now is widely used and old fashioned.
The Keri sheep are “profit purpose”, which better describes their abilities.
